Minimum stay: 11 nights deposit: €100 (refunded after stay, minus any applicable charges)

30 Days: 2300 €+ Cleaning fee June - September. (30 Days deposit 300 € )

🎁 Discounts

• 14 nights or more → 5% discount

• 30 nights or more → 10% discount

• Bookings made 3 months in advance → Additional 5% early booking discount

Discounts are applied to the nightly rate and calculated before cleaning and electricity charges.

⚡ Electricity Usage

To encourage responsible energy use, 30 kWh per day is included in the rental.
If this limit is exceeded, the extra usage will be charged at €0.30 per kWh, deducted from the deposit after check-out. (You can request daily usage updates during your stay.)

May, 14 nights:
14 × €119 = €1,666
– 5% discount = €1,583.
