❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 3 days of booking, as long as it is more than 30 days before arrival

  • More than 30 days before arrival → 50% refund of total amount

  • 30 days or less before arrival → No refund

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email

 

💳 Deposit & Damage Policy

A €100 security deposit is required with each booking.
This amount is refunded upon check-out, provided that:

  • No damage has been caused to the property or its contents

  • Electricity usage does not exceed the daily limit of 30 kWh

If electricity consumption exceeds 30 kWh per day, an additional charge of €0.30 will apply for each extra kWh used.

🗑️ Garbage Disposal in Gran Alacant

Please dispose of your household waste in the designated communal garbage containers located near the entrance of Avenida D'Escandinavia 72. You will find large green bins ♻️ along the street, available 24/7.

We kindly ask you to separate recyclables and waste:

· 🟡 Plastic

· 🔵 Glass

· 🟢 Paper

· 🟤 Organic waste (brown bin)

Please place items in the appropriate color-coded bins nearby. Thank you for helping keep Gran Alacant clean and pleasant for everyone!

🛏️ House Rules

​

•🚭 No smoking inside, on the balcony, or rooftop

 

•🐾 No pets allowed unless agreed in advance

 

•🤫 Please respect neighbors – quiet hours start at 22:00

•🗑️ Take out trash regularly (bins are located at the entrance of the complex)

 

• 🎉 No parties or loud gatherings

 

•🚫 Only registered guests may stay – no additional visitors allowed

 

•🛋️ Do not move or rearrange furniture

​

•❄️ AC must be turned off when leaving the apartment

​

• 🌬️ Please use fans instead of AC whenever possible

​

•🪟 Keep windows and doors closed when using AC

​

•🏖️ Rinse off sand before entering the property after the beach

​

•🛠️ Report any damage or malfunction immediately

​

•🔥 No open flames or candles inside or outside

​

•🧴 Do not use tanning oils on indoor or outdoor

 

•🔑 Lost key fee: €50

 

•🧽 Excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee of €100

​•💳 Over consumption of electricity (especially AC) may lead to extra charges

 

•💶 Cleaning fee: €100 (included in your booking)

 

•💶 A €100 deposit will be returned if no damage, misuse, or extra charges apply

 

•⏰ Check-out is by 11.am, unless otherwise arranged

 

•📦 Do not receive mail or packages at this address – It's a holiday home, not a                  permanent residence
